What if I suddenly want to order something in addition?

You can cancel your order by writing to us via our contact form within 12 hours of placing it. All requests that reach us after the first 12 hours cannot be processed in time.

Can I track my order?

Yes, we will send you your tracking number by email as soon as your package is handed over to the parcel service. If you do not receive the information within 5 business days, please contact our support.

I ordered several items at the same time but only received one. Where is the rest of my order?

Don't worry! Since we work with several partners and therefore different logistics centers, it may well happen that the items are shipped from different warehouses. Therefore, occasionally delivery differences may occur. Should an item still not arrive after the maximum 10 business days, please get in touch with our support.
